Pressbox Announcer’s Script

If you’re reading this – it means you’re planning to bring your band and spend the first Saturday of October with us at The Southern Hospitality Marching Festival!  And we are so excited to host your staff and band! 

To try and streamline band check-in at the Registration Tent, we are offering you the opportunity to enter your band’s details using the form below. This will provide us with the information the Pressbox Announcer will need on Saturday to announce your band. 

IMPORTANT: As you complete the form below, keep in mind our Announcer will be announcing your band by reading directly off of your submission below. If you have multiple names for directors or captains, please write them the way you would like them read from the Pressbox.

EXAMPLE: Joe Smith, Terry Cline, and Mary Jones
