We are utilizing an online sign-up sheet system, click the button below to visit the sign-up page. On the sign-up page, you’ll be able click on the title of the job(s) you’re interested in and see a list of available time slots. Choose the time slot you’re interested in and click the “Sign Up” link. Fill out the information for the time(s) you’d like to work – be sure to include your email address, phone number, and your band student’s name.
If, once you’ve signed up you realize you need to change to a different time, please send an e-mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll work with you to make the necessary changes.
You can sign up for multiple shifts and jobs, just be sure they don’t overlap.
During the festival the Hartselle Band Boosters provide a Hospitality Room for the band directors. We rely on the help of our Band Boosters to make it successful! Keep in mind some of our band directors will be spending all day with us. We also provide food and a hospitality space for the bus drivers that support our visiting bands.
